Located in Santa Elena Between Ballenita and Salinas is this Sleepy Small beach town. Five minutes to the Ballenita Malecon Boardwalk and fifteen minutes to Salinas. This beach is very nice and normally not overcrowded. The buiulding is Brand new and they are currently finishing the Car parking area. The first fllor is a beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and huge kitchen. Lots of windows and great finishes.
