The gardens throughout the development and around the house are beautifully manicured by 2 resident gardeners. A Ring doorbell camera can alert you and show you video when someone comes to the front door. The front porch and reading room are glass-enclosed, with an area of approximately 200 sq ft. It is one of the coziest places in the house, from where you will enjoy the view of the Imbabura (inactive) volcano and the manicured gardens while you enjoy your coffee in the morning, or at night while enjoying 1 of the 2 wood-burning fireplaces in the house from the 2 recliners while you read. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with patio views through the oversized window. The bedroom is equipped with a remote-control ceiling fan, smart TV with 1700+ local, cable and premium channels from Ecuador, USA and all over the world. The walk-in closet has plenty of storage space, and there is a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate room with the toilet and a soaking tub/shower combo. The glass-enclosed bathtub features a wooden tray where you can rest your glass of wine and book/tablet while you soak. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. It has with plenty of closet and storage space. Both bedrooms have touch nightlamps with USB-A/C charging and workspaces for your laptop/tablet. The dining room features a dining table for 6, a dimming chandelier, and a bar with all types of glasses and plenty of room for your favorite beverages. The sliding doors welcome you into the private patio where you can expand your dining experience outdoors while you enjoy the fresh air, blue skies and mountain views. A fully electric scooter for 2 is available during your stay for an additional $100/month. Rental price includes TV channels of USA and all over the world, and internet with a guaranteed minimum speed of 400Mbps. Pets are permitted with prior approval. Size and breed restrictions may apply to comply with HOA regulations, please inquire with us before booking. There is a non-refundable $150 pet fee. HOUSE CLEANING: We require the house to be cleaned at least once every 2 weeks, scheduled at your convenience. Our cleaner typically charges $25 for 5 hours and you can pay her directly. We do this to ensure the appropriate maintenance of our property, furnishings, etc. by someone we trust and knows the house and what needs to be done.
