The property has its own micro climate in a fertile environment in a region between the coast and the highlands. It sits 1, 500 meters above sea level in one of the richest biodiverse areas in the world. It gets 12 hours of sunlight per day and the nutrient rich soil also has a plantation of banana trees that provide shade for the coffee crops.
