The land measures 31 x 45 meters, or 1, 395 m2. It's part of an eco-village with three other houses, and the concept is one of community and cooperation. The care of nature is always at the forefront. The farm covers 3.9 hectares, where permaculture and sustainable agriculture are practiced. There's a protected forest area of almost 1 hectare that borders the river. The house has two floors. Downstairs is the kitchen/dining area, 6 x 4 meters (24 m2), a bathroom without shower, 1.30 x 2.20 meters, and a storage room, 1.40 x 1.55 meters. Outside, there's a gallery about 1.5 meters high, except for the staircase, which is larger. The floor is smoothed cement throughout the ground floor. The upstairs area features an exterior balcony, made entirely of highly weather-resistant Chilean pine treated with varnish, measuring 1.5 meters at the front and 3 meters at the sides, with a Jacuzzi and relaxation area. The interior measures 6 x 4 meters (24 m2) and includes a bedroom, bathroom, and closet. The floor is laminated with laminated wood. The construction is made with a metal pipe structure (triple-coated with anti-corrosion paint and proper maintenance), bricks, cement, wood, and chopped cane finishes. Top-quality materials are used. The lights are German Osram LED dichroic lights with dimmers. Maintenance work was carried out a month ago, where the house was repainted, the bricks were protected, and all the metal pipes were painted with an anti-corrosion coating. The wood was sanded and varnished on the exterior and interior of the room, and treated with wood oil. There is a perimeter fence around the house for pets. Drinking water is brought in by tanker (34 for a 2, 500-liter tank), but there's also an irrigation system with hoses and a pump from the river for the rest of the water (it's clean, but not drinkable). There are guayacanes, ceibos, bananas, plantains, neem trees, and many other plants planted there. There are 360-degree views of the Dos Mangas mountains, a place of silence, peace, and harmony. The birds sing all day long, and the main road can't be heard.
