Also centrally located on the coast to other beautiful beaches like Olon and only 45 minutes north of lots of shopping, transportation, and healthcare on the southern tip in Salinas. Most of the complex shares a community kitchen with one of the apartments being fully self-contained with two bedrooms a kitchen and a bath. Altogether there are 10 bedrooms and nine bathrooms which showers, one office and one outdoor shower. The total land area is 1600 m with 240 m of interior living space. The property has lots of trees and 600 m totally undeveloped land behind the multiplex. This multiplex is in a quiet area and close to the mountains but still walking distance to lots of restaurants and dancing. Dos Mangas is about 10 minutes distance from Olon by taxi, or 20 minutes by bus. Being part of the Machalilla National Park, entrance is free, but you can rent horses or a tour guide for a small fee. The completely natural reserve harbors a huge variety of tiny little birds and swarms of colorful butterflies everywhere! You can also see a lot of local flora and hear, and maybe even see, Howler Monkeys in the high trees!
