It gets 12 hours of sunlight per day and has its own micro climate in a fertile environment in a region between the coast and the highlands. The property had been used to produce a high quality non GMO organic coffee bean and could be restored back if someone wanted to work the land and be permanently on-site. There was also a plantation of banana trees that provided shade for the coffee crop. There are plenty of fruits and vegetables that could be grown here. A 4wd vehicle would be needed to live in this area. Any visits to this property would need to be done with a driver who knows the area, roads and weather.
