About 110 hectares (271 acres) consist of green pastureland, with about half being flat and the rest usable. The remainder of the property boasts amazing old growth forests with trees like cedar. There is a river that runs through the property that offers wonderful places to swim and would be a place to do hydro-electricity. More than 7 additional steams also exist, so you have many, many pure water sources. You can store the water in reservoirs for your personal use. This is a very private property in the middle of nature which makes for an extremely peaceful atmosphere. You can even spot tropical birds and monkeys here, in addition to the beautiful green mountain views! Nearly anything can grow in this great climate with a year-round water source. Imagine fruit orchards and vegetable gardens galore! What a paradise this is indeed. The climate in this area is in between the climate of the Sierra and Amazon, so almost like Vilcabamba's climate because of its higher altitude. This means it does not have the same extent of humidity and heat as the orient. There are fewer creeping creatures in this area compared to the Amazon as well. An old house is currently on the property, but it is not really habitable.
