Acknowledging the huge international need for a marina between the Bahamas and Puerto Rico and the need for a residential or tourist development in the northern region of the D.R, we understood the governing principals of our concept. As a result, we created a residential port where people can come together and enjoy themselves in a social and fun atmosphere. Everyone from the blue waters fisherman, to the villa owner with a yacht on his private dock, to the family living in their private home.
