Well maintained fully operational boutique hotel or sale. It has 14apartments and 17 rooms. It also has a pool, gated parking lot, a restaurant and full bar and lounge. The hotel is minutes from the beach, downtown and shopping. The hotel is always near capacity because the owner has been there for over 30 years, has an extensive guest listand guest continue coming back year after year. I personally have stayed at the hotel for many years when I firststarted coming to the island. The owner is retiring however iswilling to train whoever purchases the property
