Azua, Azua 71000

This is a piece of land of about 404, 000 square meters (99 acres) with a beach front portion in the middle of the beautiful Ocoa Bay, with impressive views, gorgeous sunsets and easy access. This is in the south west region of the Dominican Republic, within an area that qualifies for tourism investment incentives, and is beginning to develop. There are a couple of large developments in the area already in the works. Located on Km 34 of the Bani-Azua Highway (DR 2), in the Las Charcas District, Azua Province, Dominican Republic. This is about 85 kilometers from Santo Domingo. A portion of the land has mango trees that produce export quality mangoes.
