Details :- Reference: LMDW-T34568. My accommodation is in one of the most beautiful streets in Potsdam in the side wing of a historic town house. The city center can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There is a great Italian restaurant opposite the house and a children's playground nearby. The apartment was renovated by us in 2016 and refurnished in 2021. When we are in Potsdam, we use the apartment privately and live here - when we are traveling, we are always happy to leave it to guests. The entire apartment can be used. The apartment consists of a bedroom (2 sleeping places), bathroom, an open living room (one sleeping place on the couch) with kitchen and balcony. There is also a guest room/office, where a daybed can be folded out into two beds. The guest room also has a home office workstation incl. 32 inch monitor, mouse, keyboard + internet with DSL 100,000 Mbit/s. Kitchen and living room are not separated, the apartment is located on the first floor (raised ground floor) in an extremely quiet backyard. We have a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen in which all ingredients, spices and appliances can be used. There are 2 bikes available during the stay.
