Reference: LMDW-T14719. Das 2015 gebaute Haus mit groer Terrasse + Garten ist in der Nhe von Eching. Es ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, u.a. mit einer groen Kche, Beamer, Fitnessmglichkeit, etc. Zwei Schlafzimmer (Bettenbreite 220cm und 180cm), sowie zwei Bder im Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss steht die gerumige Kche, das Wohnzimmer und eine kleine Toilette zur Verfgung. Es gibt das dritte Schlafzimmer (Bettenbreite 180cm) und den Fitnessraum und ein weiteres Bad im Keller des Hauses. Ganz auf dem Land, direkt neben einem kleinen Wldchen, kann man die Ruhe ganz besonders genieen. Trotzdem ist man schnell in Mnchen, bei den Autobahnen A9, A92 und A99 sowie beim Flughafen. Direkt vor der Haustr steht kostenlos das Carport zur Verfgung. Die S-Bahn Richtung Mnchner Innenstadt oder Richtung Flughafen erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ebenso ist man in jeweils ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto beim Flughafen oder in Mnchen. Auch ist man schnell auf der A99 und damit auf dem Weg zur Messe Mnchen. Wenn man von der S-Bahn aus ein Taxi nimmt, zahlt man ca. 15 Euro, wenn man von der nrdlichen Innenstadt(Schwabing) aus ein Taxi nimmt, zahlt man ca. 45 Euro. Wenn ihr zur Haustr hereinkommt, geht das Licht automatisch an und spter auch wieder automatisch aus. Das Haus hat eine automatische Lftungsanlage, dementsprechend ist das ffnen der Fenster ber einen lngeren Zeitraum weder ntig noch erwnscht! Es findet ein automatischer Luftaustausch in allen Rumen statt! Die Infos zum Herd, der Splmaschine und zum Backofen liegen in der Schublade rechts vom Herd. Ihr knnt gerne meinen Fitnessraum benutzen, doch bitte legt jedes Mal ein Handtuch unter. The in 2015 built house with large terrace + garden is near Eching. If you take a taxi from the S-Bahn (suburban train), you pay approximately 15 Euro, if you take a taxi from the northern city centre (Schwabing), you pay approximately 45 Euro. When you come in through the front door, the light goes on automatically and later it goes off again automatically. The house has an automatic ventilation system, so opening the windows over a longer period of time is neither necessary nor desirable! There is an automatic air exchange in all rooms!
