We have vacated the apartment except for the basic equipment (see pictures) and would like to sublet it from January 1st to August 1st.. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen are available upon request. There is a bike for adults and one for children, as well as a cellar room that could be shared. Flaucher/U3/great neighborhood A bedroom with a double bed, baby bed and open wardrobe. A children's room with a bed (90*200). Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and one with a shower, dryer and changing table. Small laundry room and spacious entrance. The kitchen and living room are connected by a spacious hallway. In the living room there is a sofa and a small table. The apartment is bright and friendly and has a private entrance via the terrace.
