    Today was a beautiful, sunny day and I was able to discover this sweet two-room apartment in Tamm. I myself lived in Asperg for a few years and appreciated this area very much, how often was I on the Hohenasperg to enjoy a cool shandy and the magnificent view in summer. These small towns like Tamm, Asperg, Mglingen, Markgrningen and Bietigheim, all very close to each other and yet always a lot of nature in between. The proximity to Ludwigsburg, this area is very varied, with a high quality of life. That is my personal opinion.The apartment is located in a well-kept apartment building. It has barrier-free access. The condominium owners' association has had a stairlift installed at the entrance to the building, which makes a nice impression from the human side. The staircase is also very well maintained with decorated entrance doors and an elevator that takes you comfortably to the 2nd floor. The door opens and you are greeted by a cosy, warm feeling of living, perhaps also due to the beautiful parquet floor. The layout of the apartment is great, I think. Immediately to the left is a small hallway with space for a wardrobe in the large living room, across the entire width there is a glass front with balcony door, the balcony is slightly protected by the balcony above, you have a very spacious view. And can take a deep breath for now. The apartment is incredibly bright and exudes a nice atmosphere, which you have to search for a long time. From the entrance you can reach the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom via a spacious hallway, no, it is not a daylight bathroom, but so beautifully done that you can imagine spending a lot of time in it. The walk-in shower and the many practical mirror cabinets, which also give the bathroom a beautiful light, are beautiful. The kitchen is spacious with a large window. The fitted kitchen is installed in a U-shape, you immediately feel comfortable and know that you can cook well here. The stove is superbly placed in the corner, with a view to the outside. So much daylight shines in that no electric light is needed for a long time.One thing is very special about this apartment.. without the heating being in operation, there is a basic heat of 21 degrees. When I visited the apartment, the outside temperatures were at 0 degrees. I have to tell you this, it was really extraordinary and speaks for the good construction. In fact, you hardly need any heating costs here. The apartment also includes two underground parking spaces, which makes the offer even more interesting.Don't you think so?
