The builder was a cooper and built a workshop that was located on the ground floor of the building. A small apartment on the first floor was expanded and lived in in the 1950s. In 1982 the entire building was renovated and the attic was also expanded to provide additional living space. The house was redesigned with a lot of commitment and renovated again and again in order to preserve it for the future. On the first floor there is the living room, dining area, a small toilet and the kitchen, while the bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor offer a quieter and more intimate atmosphere. The sloping ceiling gives the bedroom and workplace a cozy and inviting character. The small workstation is particularly practical as it offers a quiet space for concentrated work without having to move too far from the sleeping area ;) In the heart of Ruit you are in an ideal location with short distances to shopping and the tram within walking distance and can go about your everyday life very comfortably and practically.
