Something happened to me here that I haven't experienced for a long time. After I visited this apartment, I was enchanted. It all started with the search for a parking space. I needed change for the parking meter and discovered a stationery store next to the address, which actually doesn't exist anymore. A huge selection of items, a totally friendly shopkeeper who told me that you can also order any book from him. Then I rang the bell, the door opened and I came into a brightly lit stairwell, totally well-maintained, beautifully painted with flowers on the stairwell window, no shoes in front of the apartment doors. A very nice well-kept, clean atmosphere. Behind the house is a small garden plot, part of which belongs to the apartment and is entered in the land register, as well as a parking space. Now I'm looking forward to the apartment. Here a sweet little girl opened the door for me, and took me with her on a very well-kept, beautiful wooden staircase that went up to the apartment. I stood in a hallway and was impressed by the floor plan, it was like a house within a house and immediately realized that I had made an exciting discovery here. The room layout was so special that you were so impressed when you first visited it and wanted to start again to memorize everything correctly. From every room you have special views over the rooftops of Stuttgart, you can see the Wangener Hhe, you feel a bit like in New York, in a really great city apartment high up, with the peace and quiet and the flocks of birds that I saw from the bathroom.The bathroom is beautifully decorated, has a great room layout with bath, shower, toilet and dressing table, it offers everything to spend a lot of time in. I imagine lying in the bathtub and looking at the starry sky. WowOn this level there are also two very spacious children's rooms, all three rooms are separated from the rest of the apartment with an extra hallway. When I entered the master bedroom, I was flabbergasted by the size. it offers an unusually large amount of space and you discover a second door that leads to the living area. This living area is the heart of the apartment and exudes a lot of warm atmosphere through the different slopes and the wooden beams, from here you can also access the kitchen, which lets in a lot of light through two windows. I would also like to mention that between 2003-2016 modernizations were made to the roof, windows, water pipes, electrics, heating, ceilings, floors and bathrooms. This apartment is very special.
