The apartment is available from January 9, 2025, initially limited until March 31, 2025 and possibly beyond. The apartment is rented fully furnished (i.e. incl. dishwasher, washing machine, complete kitchen equipment, TV, jukebox etc.). The rent is a total rent, i.e. all costs are already included (electricity, internet, utilities, use of all appliances and our furniture). Our apartment is located in the heart of Cologne Lindenthal, in the middle between the canal and the city forest. All shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity on Dürener Str. The apartment is flooded with light and very spacious, not least because of the open-plan living/dining area. It has a daylight bathroom and a bedroom with a window overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. The south-facing balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the study, is also a great place to linger. We would not rent out the study and store our personal belongings there; however, the third room can also be rented if required. Location: The property is located in a lively residential area in Cologne Lindenthal. Several bus and streetcar lines are within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you will find a few restaurants, bakeries, cafés, supermarkets and doctors. There are also several fashion stores, green spaces and parks, fitness studios, a bar and a bookshop.
