The apartment is on the ground floor in direct proximity to the lake, separated by a street. A basement room belongs to the apartment where bicycles or other things can be stored (bicycles do not fit in the elevator). The sauna will probably be available from mid/end of May as it is still under construction. If you place particular value on the sauna, please inquire beforehand.
