There is a parking space for the car on the property and a huge flat garden (approx. 500 square meters) right next to the forest, which is shared with two other parties. We have two children. One is 3.5 years old and the other is a newborn. Accordingly, we also have furniture and toys for small children. Please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can possibly rearrange to suit your needs. The heating is cracking. You can find this annoying or charming. I myself use earplugs to sleep. My wife and our children sleep without them. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. You are welcome to use the musical instruments. You can be in the heart of Cologne in 25 minutes by direct train! We do not have a television. We therefore recommend that you bring a computer so that you can watch something if necessary. If you can't do without a TV, we can consider buying a TV that we can sell later.
