One closet hides a fold out bed with 140 cm width. The apartment has its own internet connection with WIFI and fiber connection up to 100 MBit. In the living room there is a large Samsung TV with internet connection. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower with Raindance and hand shower and floor heating. You will also find a new washing machine. Also from the bathroom you have access to a second balcony with is facing south. To be honest it is more like a big terrace then a balcony. When renting the apartment you will be assigned a parking space on the premises. For an additional charge, a 2nd parking space can also be reserved for you. The house is the former rescue station of Norderstedt. The house has written and experienced history. In 2020 it was transformed and now houses a business on the lower floor. The upper floors are reserved for rental and private use. On the 2nd floor there are 2 apartments, which are identically equipped and also offered on this platform.
