A purely ecologically modern apartment has lovingly grown into the existing pine beams and is particularly tailored to families. The windows offer a clear view to the east, south and west. In addition to a spacious living area with kitchen, seating area, fireplace, sofa area and roof loggia, the apartment offers a low (1.75m) roof peak with mountain hut flair and an unheated play room with table football, mini billiards and bouldering wall for children in the barn. For cloudy days, MagentaTV (including Disney+, Netflix, Prime, ...) and a small sauna are available. The bathroom has a large bathtub for two people, a shower, a urinal and a small washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven with steam cooking, a microwave and an electric dome grill on the weather-protected non-smoking balcony. At the top of the village, the “Post” inn invites you to enjoy a tasteful meal. Shopping is also particularly good: there is a small supermarket, a fruit and vegetable retailer, a bakery, a village butcher, an award-winning fish shop, a drugstore, a stationery store and a hairdresser. Further down in the neighboring town of Berg, cafés, ice cream shops and a pharmacy are open for you. Not far in Farchach there is a tennis court and a restaurant with a bowling alley. Nearby is the picturesque Lake Starnberg (swimming, steamboat trips, museum visits) and the 5 Lakes Region, which is popular for hiking and cycling. The connection to public transport is very good. You can take the bus (X970) right outside your front door every 20 minutes directly to the foothills of the Alps or - under an hour - take the S-Bahn S6 & S7 to the center of Munich (it takes about 30 minutes by car).
