The 115 m² duplex apartment in the former brewery Gassner from 1876 was newly renovated and furnished to a high standard. On the way into the apartment, the spacious sleeping area awaits you, which is equipped with two QUEEN-SIZE box spring beds, two clothes rails and a standing mirror. From there you will enter the fully equipped kitchen, which is via a Fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave has. Of course, there are also plenty of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils, so you can cook wonderfully for you and your loved ones. You will also find a small seating area with dining table and 4 bar stools as well as a coffee and tea station with modern Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of coffee and tea, so you can start the new day freshly. From the kitchen you can also access the small but fine bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and mirror as well as a cosmetic mirror.
