The major Wiehl companies are in the immediate vicinity, the A4 is 5 minutes away and the Cologne Trade Fair Centre is 35 minutes away. Our flat is equipped with all comforts. Long-term tenants are very welcome. On the ground floor is the entrance area with cloakroom and shoe cupboards. Upstairs is the spacious living room with sliding door to the sunny balcony.
