There is absolutely no traffic noise to be heard and in the summer, you will be woken by the sound of birds… Perfect to relax after a busy day at work but also perfect for a productive day in your home office with beautiful views on the “Pfänder”. (our house mountain in Austria). The local amenities, supermarket, bakery, shops and station are only a 10-minute stroll away. Every Thursday morning there is a lovely local farmers food market. In about 25 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bike, you will find yourselves on the shore of lake Constance. Kressbronn is very proud of its “natural enclosed beach (Natur Strandbad)”, and many enjoy on a lovely summer´s evening a sundowner on the local pier. Kressbronn itself is perfectly located for outdoor sports and wonderful excursions: By car you can reach the lovely Allgäu in just 30 minutes, and there are hundreds of fantastic hiking, climbing, mountain or road biking opportunities whereas in the winter you have a choice of hundreds of skiing/snowboarding resorts or the option of long toboggan rides, snow walks etc. All this just about one hour drive away. If you love the water, you are just 5 minutes away from the biggest marina on lake Constance: “Ultramarin”: there you can hire all sorts of sailing or motorboats. The flat is situated on the first floor. Its high wooden-clad ceilings give a feeling of space, each room has generous proportions. The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bigger bedroom with bathroom gives also access to a quaint little terrasse and beautiful views to the Austrian Alps. The living room with dining room has a lovely outlook on to the fields and the Swiss Alps in the distance. There is a billiard table to entertain on a rainy day… (we can remove it if you wish). The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. Washing and drying of clothing can be done in the cellar. There is enough space for your car on the road at no additional cost.
