There are a total of 4 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen-living room and hallway. The room has two large windows, laminate flooring and a large window. The room is very bright thanks to the large window. The apartment was newly renovated this year. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you need for life. The washing machine and dryer are available and can of course be shared. Your room is equipped with an Ikea Hemnes bed (pull-out, area 160x200cm), a wardrobe and a desk with a swivel chair. We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. The rent including heating includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, washing and dishwashing liquid, internet and electricity. There are no additional costs for you. Shared apartment life Your roommates would be: Yann - works as a software developer at Apple. Leonardo - works as an IT specialist at BMW. Leon - studies at TUM. We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not compulsory.
