I am looking for a single person or a couple, without pets, who are tidy, know how to handle other people's property carefully and have the party life behind them. The apartment is very well located - just a few minutes' walk to the beach, by bike to the shops or for a short walk in the forest. You can enjoy the sun on the balcony during the rental period from around midday until sunset.
