The nearest tram stop is only 170m away and will take you to the historic city centre and the main sights in just a few minutes. The fairground of the popular Plrrer, Swabia's largest folk festival, is only 350m away (the festival takes place twice a year for about 2 weeks, always around Easter and in late summer) and the Curt-Frenzel-Stadium is 550m away. All your daily needs are close at hand: restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. The nearby Wertach river is ideal for relaxing walks.
