Details :- Reference: LMDW-T35986. Currently I use this flat as a working space since I live in another apartment downstairs. I am going on a sabbatical from February to July though :) I happy to move stuff, like bed, TV etc., upstairs. That's why the pictures currently don't reflect the furniture that might go in there. The working area comes with a height-adjustable desk, a 4k screen and an office chair. Other than that it is a really quite neighborhood with good public transportation with the Tram (25) right next door and the subway (U1) a few hundred meters (Wettersteinplatz) away. Grocery stores (Rewe) are also close by and a bakery shop is just across the street. The Isar can be reached on foot or bike in a few kilometers. The rental costs include utilities.
