It is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building on Lübeck's beautiful old town island. The apartment has a bright living room, a cozy bedroom, a small office or guest room, a practical kitchen and a new bathroom. All everyday facilities are in the immediate vicinity. There is a large launderette about 1.5 km away. There is no washing machine in the apartment itself. The beautiful mill pond and the crow pond are in the immediate vicinity. An evening tour with SUP or chilling on the banks of the Trave or the Crow Pond will give you wonderful feelings of happiness. All destinations in the old town can be easily reached on foot or by bike. THE LIVING ROOM The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa including a small coffee table and a cozy carpet. You can relax in the comfortable swing chair. Opposite the sofa there is a television table and a TV. Cozy evenings on the sofa, accompanied by a good film, are guaranteed here. From the two large windows you have a wonderful view of the inner courtyards of Lübeck's old town. You enter the cozy bedroom via the large open passage. THE BEDROOM The cozy bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed. Nothing stands in the way of a restful night here. There is a large wardrobe to the side of the bed, which offers you plenty of storage space for your clothes. The central cabinet door has a large mirror. THE KITCHEN The small kitchen includes a practical kitchenette with a sink, a work surface, a stove with oven and a mini fridge. Right next to the kitchenette there is also a small tilting dining table with two chairs. When the table is not needed, simply fold it against the wall. You can prepare and enjoy small meals in the kitchen. The large window floods the kitchen area with lots of natural light. THE BATHROOM The new bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a sink as well as a mirror cabinet. The small bathroom is functionally designed and offers you the usual standard. THE LOCATION The apartment is located in a small apartment building on Lübeck's old town island. The beautiful crow pond is only 170 m away from the apartment.
