If you arrive by car, you will find free parking spaces in front of and behind the building and the building's own double underground parking garage (car height max. 1.5m). The A3 is only 1 minute away. From the entrance or the underground garage, you can take the elevator to the 6th floor of the newly built, well-kept building without barriers and enter the apartment via smart lock.
