Details :- Reference: LMDW-T7595. We are moving abroad for a while and are therefore sub-letting our apartment. We are flexible for the period, anything between 3 and 10 months is possible. We have carefully furnished our apartment to a high standard and are therefore looking for reliable and responsible temporary tenants. The entire furniture is included, from plates to towels. For a family with child(ren), there would also be equipment, e.g. a bed or high chair. The apartment itself is a beautiful oasis in close proximity to the popular Südstadt. Aldi, DM, Rewe, health food store, pharmacies and much more are just around the corner (less than 2mins walk). Public transport connections are very good. The neighborhood is very child-friendly.
