Reference: LMDW-T29672. We are moving abroad for a year and are looking for a nice family or couple to sublet our charming detached single-family half-timbered house with an extension in Unna. The house is centrally located, just a few meters from the pedestrian zone and about a 7-minute walk to the train station. The sublet period is from September 1, 2024, to August 15, 2025, with some flexibility in dates upon discussion. The house offers approximately 107 square meters of living space spread over three floors. On the ground floor, you will find a guest WC, a room, a hallway, access to the basement, a fully furnished kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and an entrance to the terrace with two raised beds and plenty of berry bushes like goji berries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and kiwi. The second floor features a shower room with a toilet, a small room, and a living room. Additionally, there is a small rooftop terrace (approx. 2x2m) adorned with tomatoes, cucumbers, and flowers planted by us. The attic includes two children's rooms, a master bedroom, and an entrance with stairs leading to the rooftop terrace. We are happy to offer our furniture for sublet and provide access to the children's rooms and care for the plants.
