We have taken quite some time for a detail-oriented decoration and we are sure you will enjoy it here. The whole house is built with glass around it, so you have three sides (north, east and west) where a lot of light will enter. This is especially beautiful in winter times, when it can get dark early in Germany. From our big balcony you can view a lot of green trees in summer and in winter watch the squirrels trying to find their hidden nuts. All amenities are available in close walking distance (supermarket, bakeries, U-Bahn no. 3). It takes you only 15min by subway to go the center of Munich - Marienplatz. Walking down to the Isar-River is another highlight. Only 5min by foot and you'll reach "Flaucher", a famous area where people relax next to the river and do barbecues or even the beautiful Munich Zoo. The whole loft has a size of 168 square meters, with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a master bathroom with both a bathtub and a very spacious shower. The open kitchen (with a Miele regular and steam oven, BORA induction stove, Ninja air-fryer and Thermomix blender) leads directly into the living room. There is a second guest bathroom which also has a separate shower and a storage room with all necessary equipment (freezer, Bosch washing and drying machine etc.).
