Here, you can pleasantly combine proximity to nature with the amenities of the cities in the Rhine-Main area. You can reach the cities of Frankfurt am Main, Wiesbaden and Mainz in no time. But Darmstadt and Mannheim are also not much further away. The proximity to Frankfurt Airport (20 minutes by car) also facilitates private and business air travel. You will live on one floor with a view over the fields of Trebur. The bungalow was renovated in 2024 and offers everything for a pleasant and relaxing stay. In the spacious and comfortable living room, there is a wood stove where you can unwind from the stress of the day with a glass of wine or you can use the smart TV, which provides access to a variety of streaming services and TV programs. There's an office with a desk and internet access (50 Mbit/s) which also has a direct view over the fields. Speaking of the internet, of course, you have Wi-Fi in every room, and the house is equipped with a smart home control system. Many tasks are automated. For example, the shutters operate automatically, the heating is self-regulating, and the door lock closes automatically and features a keypad, making carrying keys unnecessary. The dining area seats up to six people and is located next to a fully equipped, modern kitchen with all necessary appliances. A large patio door in the dining room provides a bright atmosphere, offers a view over the fields, and the direct access to the terrace invites you to relax. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom is modern and minimalist, with a comfortable double bed (2m x 2m), and another smart TV provides entertainment directly from the bed, also offering access to a variety of streaming services and TV programs. Additionally, there is a room that can be used as a guest or children room, equipped with a single bed and offering a quiet retreat. Wonderful excursions with many sights and sporting activities can be organized in the wine regions across the Rhine, towards Rdesheim and the Taunus. The Odenwald to the south also has much to offer. Our house itself is located right on the edge of the fields, and in just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Rhine meadows, where you can enjoy jogging or mountain biking on the field paths. In just 15 minutes by bike, you can reach the Steindamm of Trebur directly on the Rhine, where you can watch the ships pass by. The house is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential area. It is perfect for business travelers, couples, or families who value peace and comfort near urban areas and are looking for an exclusive temporary home.
