Apartment: The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building with elevator to the apartment. The bright apartment has three balconies (1 x to Chlodwigplatz, 2 x to the inner courtyard (approx. 20 sqm balcony area)). The large dining and living room incl. work area has over 30 sqm and is equipped with a projector, sound system and a comfortable sofa. The bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (140 x 200) faces the quiet inner courtyard with a separate balcony including an outdoor bed on the south side. Also facing the inner courtyard is the fully equipped kitchen with balcony and outdoor seating. Location: Cologne Südstadt is one of the trendiest districts in Cologne. A variety of restaurants, bars and cafés characterize the area. In summer it feels a bit like Italy ;-) The apartment is located directly on Chlodwigplatz with very good train and bus connections to the city center and main station. Several supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, DM) and retailers are within walking distance. The Rhine is only a few minutes' walk away.
