This spacious room is very bright thanks to the big windows and impresses with its open space concept. Living, cooking and eating are in harmony here and combine enjoyment and conviviality with a high feel-good factor. The cozy corner sofa can be pulled out, and contains a sleep-function as well as storage space. A 50-inch LCD TV with cable connection is also available. The high-quality fitted next125-kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances. It contains an induction hob with grill-plate, oven, separate combined steamer-oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and - a special highlight - a Miele wine cooler with 2 temperature zones. A large dining table for six people rounds off the room concept. The north-facing roof terrace is accessible from the large living room. Up here, you can enjoy great sunsets. The master bedroom has a very comfortable box spring double bed by SwissSense (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. This cabinet is a custom-built built-in piece of furniture, behind which you will find a closet and/or a lot of extra room for storage. The third room can either used as a study, second bedroom or nursery. A double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a secretary are available, if needed also a cot. This room leads to the second balcony, facing southwest. Hours of sunshine during the day or finest sundowners in the evenings in your home - a very special luxury. Surrounding area / neighbourhood: Located in the north of Hamburg in the up-and-coming district of Langenhorn, urban and at the same time idyllic in the beautiful historical park Unter den Linden. Old and new buildings harmonize next to each other in the park area, embedded in very old trees and a lot of green. The transport links are also ideal: Hamburgs Helmut Schmidt Airport Der Flughafen Helmut Schmidt are around max. 15 minutes away by car/taxi, ideal for business trips and vacations by air. Both tube stations Kiwittsmoor and Ochsenzoll (both line U1) are each only 900 mtr away by foot. From there, you can reach Hamburg City and both train stations (Dammtor and Hauptbahnhof) in approx. 30 minutes. The A7 motorway is only 6 km away. And, you can reach the neighbouring state Schleswig-Holstein with lots of greenery after just under a kilometer; lovely for trips by bicycle. Infrastructure: All shops for daily needs, cafe/bakery/supermarkets are in the vicinity of the residential area. A petit, cozy Cafe with snacks, cake and coffee is located in the middle of the park area. There are also two weekly markets in the immediate vicinity: One at the Schmuggelstieg in the nearby city of Norderstedt, always Thursdays. The other market, open on Tuesdays and Saturdays, is at the Langenhorn Markt. The Alstertal Shopping Centre (AEZ), one of the biggest Shopping Malls in Northern Germany, is located 15 minutes by car. Several daycare centers/kindergarten are within walking distance, as well as a primary school and childrens playground. A natural swimming pool with Beach Volleyball and Minigolf, as well as the Asklepios Hospital Nord Heidberg are as well part of the infrastructural neighbourhood. There are also golf courses in the wider vicinity, as well as other sports facilities.
