The flat is well laid out with 3 rooms and a guest bathroom. The third room is used as our office. Should the room be used for other purposes, we would be happy to clear out the furniture in the room. We offer an inclusive rent, i.e. the warm rent of € 1,800 / month covers the basic rent, furnishing surcharge, the underground car park and all ancillary costs including internet and electricity. Location: the KVB stop Scheibenstraße is only a 3-5 minute walk away. Both the 12 and the 15 stop here every few minutes, taking you to the city centre in just a few minutes. But it doesn't get boring here on the doorstep either: a few minutes' walk away is the racecourse, where a flea market is held several times a week, a REWE centre is also a 2-minute walk away and the nature reserve is also just a 5-minute walk away. In short: good connections to the city centre, everything for daily needs just a few metres away and nature is also within reach! We can arrange when exactly we will hand over the flat.
