Part of the furniture can be taken over. (couch, kitchen table, bed etc.) The monthly basic rent is 1070 euros. The additional costs amount to 120 euros. There is an additional 30 euros for the parking space with bicycle garage. The rent to be paid therefore amounts to 1220 euros. We currently pay approx. 95 euros for heating (heat pump) and electricity (2 electricity contracts = 1x heat pump 60 euros, household electricity 35 euros) The flat is very well connected. Lines 12/15 can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The REWE centre as well. We have installed a lockable bicycle garage on our car park.
