There is a private entrance that leads directly into the apartment, so there is no shared staircase. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, dining room, guest WC, and living room. Despite being on the ground floor, it is completely private. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a room for the washing machine and dryer. The room is located in Grafental, a quiet and modern new residential area in Flingern Nord. Supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, bus stops, etc. are only a few minutes' walk away. Friendly neighbors and many young families make up the majority of the tenants here. You can reach the city within 15 minutes by bike. I am self-employed and work from home, but I am often away on business, sometimes for several days or weeks. Therefore, I am looking for someone I can trust and who will take good care of the apartment. I would describe myself as very quiet and tidy and have gathered ample shared living experience over the years. Everything is available in the apartment. A fully equipped kitchen, TV in the living room (which I rarely use), Wi-Fi, TV license fee, washing machine, dryer, electricity, hot water, etc., are all included in the rental costs. There is also an extra bicycle storage room. Additionally, there are two WCs, which is very practical for shared living.
