A maximum of 3 people (1 sofa bed in the living room) + 1 small child (we can provide a travel cot and high chair with a baby insert) have space. It takes about 7 minutes by bus to get to the main train station / the city center and maybe 10-15 minutes to get to the university. By car you are in 3 minutes on the A46 in the direction of Dsseldorf (approx. 20 minutes) and in the direction of Dortmund. There is a forest right next to the house - well suited for daily jogging or just a walk. The large garden can be used in summer. All additional costs are included except for the final cleaning.
