The kitchen equipment can be used if needed. The living room is relatively small but includes everything you need, such as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is quiet, overlooking the Dssel river. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a guest WC. The apartment is suitable for 2 people as there is no childrens room or extra bedroom. All windows are floor-to-ceiling and well-insulated. Heating is provided via underfloor heating. A bus to the main train station stops directly in front of the building, and the tram as well as shopping options are just a 10-minute walk away. An underground parking space can be used, though street parking is usually available as well. Pets are not allowed. However, it would be great if the plants could be taken care of.
