WOHNUNGSBESCHREIBUNG Wir vermieten unsere mblierte und voll ausgestattete (Bettwsche, Handtcher, Teppiche, Bilder) Wohnung (79qm) fr mindestens drei Monate bis lngstens 2 Jahre. Die Kaltmiete betrgt 900 bei 350, -- Nebenkosten. Bei Vermietung bis zu 10 Monaten betrgt die Kaution 150/Monat. Bei Vermietung ab 10 Monaten betrgt die Kaution 1.500, 00 . Vom hellen und gerumigen Eingangsflur gehen alle Tren zu den Rumen der Wohnung. Dadurch gibt es keine Durchgangszimmer und ist beim Reinkommen insgesamt angenehm. Das Badezimmer mit Wannenbad (mit Abtrennung) ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht inklusive Waschmaschine, Badschrnke etc. Das Wohnzimmer mit einer verstellbaren, Couch (zum Gstebett oder bequemen Fernsehsesseln verwandelbar), einem restaurierten weien Schrank, einem Grnderzeit Sekretr, zwei gelben Freischwingern, einem Couchtisch und Flachbildfernseher (WLAN verfgbar) ausgestattet. Wir wollten den Raum individuell und dennoch total gemtlich haben: Das ist er jetzt auch. Vom Wohnzimmer gehts durch einen Rundbogen in die Kche: Eine neue Einbaukche mit allen elektrischen Gerten - auch einer Espressomaschine und Milchschumer - bis hin zu Besteck, Geschirr, Glsern, Tpfen und nicht zu vergessen einer groen Khl-, Gefrierkombination stehen zur Verfgung. Es ist eine Wohnkche mit einem kleinen gelben Sofa zum Zeitung lesen und einkuscheln; fr angenehme Abendessen einen Vierertisch mit Freischwingern aus hellem Holz. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind zum ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen. In jedem ist ein groes Bett (eines davon zum Ausziehen) mit groen Einbauschrank, im anderen ein kleinerer Schrank und Schreibtisch. Von jedem Bett kann man das eindrucksvolle Panorama und nachts die Sterne sehen. Die Bilder vermitteln wohl am Besten einen Eindruck. Tagsber ist jeder Raum hell und im Sommer nicht berhitzt, da die Dachdmmung im Haus einfach gut gemacht ist. Schauen sie sich die Wohnung an und bekommen selbst einen Eindruck. UMGEBUNG Nicht weit vom neuen Campus und dennoch richtig ruhig im obersten Stock eines denkmalgeschtzten Hauses in einer Nebenstr. gelegen - mitten im Flchendenkmal Paulusviertel. Der Balkon (5m) bietet einen spektakulren Blick ber die Dcher hinweg zur Pauluskirche. Das Wohnhaus befindet sich in bester Lage in Halle Mitte an einer ruhigen Nebenstrae im Paulusviertel und dennoch verkehrsgnstig, 2 min zu Fu zur Straenbahnlinie 12 und damit 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Nahezu alles zu Fu erreichbar: vom Supermarkt zur Kultur, vom Marktplatz zur Groen Ullrichstrae und damit Shoppen ohne Ende, Opernhaus, Kneipenmeile in der Kleinen Ullrichstrae, Bergzoo und das Saaletal fr den entspannten Spaziergang. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION We rent our furnished and fully equipped (sheets, towels, carpets, pictures) apartment (79sqm) for at least three months to a maximum of 2 years. The rent is 900 at 350, - additional costs. For rentals up to 10 months, the deposit is 150 / month. For rentals of 10 months, the deposit is 1, 500.00. From the bright and spacious entrance hall, all doors go to the rooms of the apartment. As a result, there are no walk-through rooms and is overall pleasant when getting in. The bathroom with bath (with separation) is equipped with everything you need including washing machine, bathroom cabinets etc. The living room is equipped with an adjustable couch (convertible to a spare bed or comfy armchairs), a restored white cabinet, a Wilhelminian secretary, two yellow cantilever chairs, a coffee table and flat screen TV (wifi available). We wanted to have the room individually and yet totally comfortable: that's it too. From the living room, it goes through a round arch in the kitchen: A newly fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances - including an espresso machine and milk frother - to cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and not forgetting a large fridge-freezer combination are available. There is a kitchen with a small yellow sofa to read the newspaper and cuddle up; for pleasant dinners a table with cantilever chairs made of light wood. The two bedrooms are located to the quiet backyard. In each one is a large bed (one to take off) with a large built-in wardrobe, in the other a smaller closet and desk. From each sleeping space, you can see the impressive panorama and at night the stars. The pictures are probably the best impression. During the day, every room is bright and not overheated in the summer, as the roof insulation in the house is simply well done. Look at the apartment and get an impression yourself. LOCATION Not far from the new campus and yet really quiet on the top floor of a listed building located in a side street, though in the very center of Paulusviertel. The balcony (5m) offers a spectacular view over the rooftops to the Pauluskirche. The house is located in a prime location in Halle Mitte on a quiet side street in Paulusviertel and yet conveniently located, 2 minutes walk to tram 12 and 10 minutes to the main station. Almost everything within walking distance: From the supermarket to cultural locations, from the marketplace to the Great Ullrichstrae and thus going further the opera house, pub mile in the small Ullrichstrae, mountain zoo and the Saale valley for a relaxed walk.
