The period is flexible from December, at least for three months would be ideal (option to extend). The location of the apartment is great. Maxfeld subway station is right outside the door. Everything is within walking distance - nice cafés, restaurants, supermarket, drugstore, etc. around the corner. You can walk to the city center in about 15 minutes, otherwise a bus goes directly to "Hauptmarkt". The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
