The flat The flat is divided into a hallway, a small bathroom, a bedroom, a charming living and dining room that can be separated by a sliding door, a kitchen and a small storage room. Everything is fully equipped including electrical appliances (e.g. TV, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, oven, etc.). The rent The rent for two people per month is 1,595 euros. This covers everything: Warm rent, electricity, internet. The deposit of 1,595 euros is one month's rent. The conditions: - Subletting is only permitted for a single person or a couple. - You must be a pet-free, non-smoking household. - Maximum one sublet for the specified period. We are not just entrusting you with a furnished flat, but a home, so it is important to us who moves in as a subtenant.
