In Esslingen in the district of Krummenacker, I discovered a little gem.The detached house is located in a quiet residential area on a hill insecond row and is not visible at first glance.You walk through a beautiful, planted front garden and discover the entrance door, which is protected under a canopy, so that you can leave your shopping in peace even in the rain while opening the door.Small glass blocks adorn the faade wall, which can be recognized in the living room, they give beautiful light reflections on the stairs. When you enter, you are greeted by a warm, homely atmosphere. I immediately felt at home and knew that I had discovered something beautiful here.The entrance area is small but nice, as they say. On the right side there is a nice guest toilet, from the hallway you come into the living area and through an extra door also into the kitchen. For any cooking lover, this is a cuisine that they will fall in love with immediately. It is the ideal size, beautifully furnished, has daylight, a hob in the middle and everything you need around it with a flick of the wrist. I love the kitchen and immediately imagine how nice it would be to prepare a menu here for the invited guests. I could talk while cooking, as the living-dining area is open plan. The space is a perfect size. The cozy sofa corner has enough space, as well as the large dining table where my guests will sit.I've always wanted to have a fireplace in the living room. And here it is a great solution, the upper rooms can be heated with this pleasant warmth. When the fireplace is not on, the house is heated with a gas heater that was installed in 2012, it also heats the hot water.From the cozy living room, you enter the conservatory, which naturally enlarges the living space. The beautifully landscaped garden around the house is enchanting, someone has really put a lot of effort into it. It gives this house its special atmosphere. A garden atmosphere that can be felt throughout the house. On the upper floor are the bedrooms and the modernized bathroom with shower and bathtub.The bedrooms have access to a large balcony from which you can enjoy the view.I haven't felt this way for a long time, in this house you feel protected, it's a small idyll. The wood for the fireplace has an extra place in the garden, the path leads right past it, this smell of fresh wood I was enchanted and would have liked to stay longer.The house has a complete basement, there is enough storage space and also enough space for the hobbies.The house has a garage and an outdoor parking space.Have I aroused your curiosity?
