(at the latest here the wheat is separated from the chaff...) The rubbish collection also comes regularly. The best main tenants ever live in the house, nobody else. Super connection: KVB 8 min, station Ehrenfeld 15 min walking distance. Motorway 5-10min if you have a car. Parking still for free in the neighbourhood. A nice little street at the front, a real urban jungle with lots of greenery, squirrels, sparrows and magpies, etc. at the back. And all this in the immediate vicinity of Blücherpark! The flat is located in Eisheiligenstraße, an absolutely quiet neighbourhood, where the Veedelskultur prevails! I am therefore looking for relaxed people who want to live there temporarily ("with") and not scare away the neighbours as long as I am not there! Therefore NO party people! Not AfD voters anyway!!!
