The rental period is flexible, with a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months, though we would prefer the full 6 months. The apartment is located on the second floor of a multi-unit building and features two bedrooms (one of which is used as a home office) and a spacious living room with a dining area. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a window, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, and a pantry. The large bathroom includes a window, toilet, bathtub, shower, and a washing machine. There is also a separate guest toilet with ventilation. The west-facing balcony features an awning and a comfortable pallet lounge set. The apartment is fully furnished and is intended to remain so for the most part. However, smaller furniture items can be removed if needed, depending on arrangements. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. The apartment is in a quiet area with plenty of free parking spaces directly in front of the building. Within a 510 minute walk, you'll find a Kaufland, Aldi, DM, a large organic market, several bakeries, and restaurants. There is excellent bus access to the city center, or you can bike there in 10 minutes. The nearby Exerzierplatz and nature reserve (just a 5-minute walk away) offer great options for walks and outdoor activities. Viewings are possible, either in person or online.
