Bicycles can be stored in the basement. The house is located about 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station Babelsberg. The expressway is about 2 minutes away by car. All necessary shops and doctors are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a cinema and various bars, restaurants and snack bars. The beautiful Park Babelsberg can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. We work in Berlin and Potsdam and love living here! The rent includes everything: water, heating, electricity and WiFi. The deposit is 2.480, 00 euros. The minimum rental period is 2 months. Smoking is not allowed! Dogs, cats and smaller animals are fine.
