Reference: LMDW-T11018. Welcome Home at the Cornelius Hof! Opened in the beginning of 2023, this quiet backyard complex features 16 micro apartments right in the city centre of Dsseldorf. No matter how short or long you are staying with us, youll find everything you could possibly want from a boutique-style micro apartment right here: A place to arrive, relax and recharge a place to feel home away from home that enables you to make the most of the city. Apartment #9 is on of out six Art Apartments in the central block, which features a real tiny house character. You get to the apartment on the first floor via a staircase. To maximise space we built wardrobe and storage space underneath the single loft bed. A movable set of stairs gets you in and out of bed, which can be stored away underneath it, so it is not in your way as you go about your day. The lounge area is super comfortable. From the cozy one-seater sofa you look through the big apartment windows into the backyard. Whether you are enjoying cup of coffee made with the Nespresso Machine there or watching a movie, we are sure you will enjoy this special spot. The kitchen is generous in size and fully equipped: fridge, stove and oven as well as all the utensils will make preparing food a joy. However, if that's not your thing you can order groceries (e.g. with Gorillas or Flink) or meals from one of the many delivery services (e.g. Lieferando or Wolt) within minutes. Individuality is the key word in the design process for this apartment. One of its walls features an original spray painting of Joseph Beuys, a German artist and professor of the academy of arts in Dsseldorf, by the local artist Shev Lunatic. The colour scheme of the interiors features neutral colours with a few highlights that reflect the colours of the artwork in the apartment.
