The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator and has a bedroom with box spring bed, a living room with Smart TV; sofa bed; office corner and access to a small balcony with a beautiful view of Stuttgart. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a small bathroom with shower and washing machine. WLAN and janitor service are included. Due to the size of the apartment, I am looking for a single person who will take good care of the apartment during the rental period. A fixed income or a parental guarantee is important to me. We can discuss the exact duration of the sublet.
